Beaumarchais translates to Beautiful walking. (maybe not so beautiful on a saturday on a lovely Autumn day in Paris).
I saw this at a stall, the guy had a series of them. This one is of some police checking out a car accident. the car has gone over an embankment. I was wondering where someone would hang a painting like this. The loo? The garage? or perhaps above a bar?
